We are a locally owned and operated small business, rooted in El Salvadoran culture and located in the heart of Old Colorado City. Everything on our menu is made fresh, in-house — from our signature pupusas to our homemade beverages.
Using organic, non-GMO ingredients and offering a 100% gluten-free menu — recognized by the National Celiac Association — we take pride in every plate we serve.
